Students who complete the Erasmus Mundus Master in International Law of Global Security, Peace and Development will be awarded joint, double or multiple degrees depending on the partner institution they choose in Semester 3.
All ILGSPD students will receive an LLM in International Law of Global Security, Peace and Development from the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in International Security from IBEI.

Overall, the programme is recognised by the European Commission as an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD).
Our Master programme will be a springboard for you to a future career in the fields of law, policy and international relations, having been equipped with unique multidisciplinary and transferable skills, as well as professional experience through internships and work placements. This includes the traditional international legal avenues such as working in legal departments of international organisations such as the United Nations, or in foreign ministries of states, as well as careers in policy and practice both at the international and domestic level. Upon completion of the programme, graduates will also be well-qualified to undertake a postgraduate research degree in preparation for an academic career in the field.
UK/EU/EEA/ERASMUS associated country students*: €10,475 per annum / £9,000 per annum (2 year programme)
International students: €21,928 per annum / £18,840 per annum (2 year programme)
Tuition Fees are set annually in Euro (€) and are maintained for each student cohort.
Fees are converted to £GBP using the Erasmus Mundus approved currency converter.
