All applications for the ILGSPD programme and Erasmus Mundus scholarships must be submitted online to the University of Glasgow. We cannot accept applications any other way.

Following the EU’s announcement (11/02/20 https://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/about/brexit_en), having left the EU in an orderly fashion, the UK remains able to coordinate and take part in EMJMDs for the lifetime of the funding period. The ILGSPD consortium looks forward to receiving applications from students from all countries around the world, from both self-funded applicants and EMJMD scholarship applicants.
As a UK-based institution, University of Glasgow will fully participate in Erasmus+ until further notice.
We will keep all students and applicants up to date with information as it becomes available.

**Study Track preference semester 3: Applicants should note that study track preference is not guaranteed. We endeavour to try our best to accommodate your first option choice but please note that your choice is subject to quota availability and academic suitability for a particular pathway. Any applicant who has not been allocated their preferred study track will be given a two-week window in which to confirm acceptance of an alternative pathway or decline their offer
*Please note, evidence of your English Language ability (if your language is not English) must be uploaded by the Scholarship application deadline of 1700 hours UK time, 20 January 2023.
Please note, in order to be considered for a scholarship, you MUST have submitted ALL of the above documents by the submission deadline 20 January 2023. If your application status is ‘Holding for Documents’ then you will NOT be considered for a scholarship unless you submit the required documents by the submission deadline 20 January 2023. The only exception to this is your final degree certificates and transcripts where an applicant is still currently studying.

Self-funded student may be made a conditional offer pending receipt of an English language proficiency certificates, and final degree certificates and transcripts where an applicant is still currently studying. They will be required to submit the relevant documentation by 1700 hours UK time 31st August 2023.

Reference: Please provide two references. This should typically be an academic reference but in cases where this is not possible then a reference from a current employer may be accepted instead. Certain programmes, such as the MBA programme, may also accept an employer reference. Please esnure you upload two references as part of your application. *Please note that you can upload as an additional document.

If you decide to apply for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, you should specify your student category (Programme or Partner Country) on the application form. For further details, see Scholarships.
Applications will only be considered for scholarship funding if they are submitted by 20 January 2023 with all the required documents. Please note that if you wish to be considered for a scholarship, you will be required to submit proof of English language proficiency by 1700 hours UK time Friday 20 January 2023. The only exception to this are final degree certificates and transcripts where an applicant is still currently studying. Final degree certificates and transcripts will be required by 1700 hours UK time 1st July 2023.
Self-funded student may be made a conditional offer pending receipt of an English language proficiency certificates, and final degree certificates and transcripts where an applicant is still currently studying. They will be required to submit the relevant documentation by 1700 hours UK time 31st August 2023.

Programme offers will be made on a rolling basis. Applicants should be aware that once we meet our programme quota, the application process will be closed and no further offers will be made.
Applications will only be considered for scholarship funding if they are submitted by 20 January 2023, complete with all required documents.
If you get an offer of entry to the Programme but are unsuccessful in getting an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and you wish to self-fund your studies, a £1000 deposit will be required to secure your place. Please see below:
Please note that if you do not uptake your offer of a place, your deposit will be fully refunded.
