Student Events 2023-2024

ILGSPD students are supported to develop and lead student-led events and initiatives. Recognizing the importance of student engagement and empowerment, the program encourages students to take initiative and create their own learning opportunities beyond the structured curriculum.

We are delighted to announce the remarkable achievement of our 2023-2025 students at the Jean-Pictet Competition 2024 in Belgium, held from February 25th to March 3rd, 2024. This prestigious competition challenges participants to bring international law to life, presenting complex legal scenarios in real-world contexts.

Our teams demonstrated exceptional prowess and dedication throughout the competition, showcasing their expertise in both the francophone and anglophone competitions. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the following students who represented ILGSPD with distinction:

Francophone Team: Marina Kryakis, Nikolaus Geyer, and Gabriela Gómez.

Anglophone Team: Jelle van Dijk, Ana Tabagari, Simone Libranti.

We are excited to announce our students’ recent accomplishments in the 2024 Jessup Moot Court Competition! Despite tough competition, they stood strong, securing 87th place in memorials & 106th in international oral rounds out of 143 teams.

Our students participating in the team: Shalva Kitesashvili, Mariana Astengo, and Frederike Kanschat.

We’re thrilled to announce the remarkable success of our student, Eze Precious Uchechi, and ILGSPD alumna, Razy Aman Eddine who was coaching the team at the Philip Jessup International Moot Competition hosted by ULB.
