Mirko Forti
Mirko Forti is a postdoctoral researcher in EU law at the University of Tuscia (Italy), where he collaborates with the Academy of Law and Migration. His research activities focus on fundamental rights issues and socio-political concerns arising from the digitalization of EU border control and migration management activities, on which he has widely published.
Mirko was a visiting scholar at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in Autumn 2023 (10th to 16th of September).
Dr Miriam Bradley
Miriam Bradley is a Senior Lecturer in Humanitarian Studies at the University of Manchester. She studies international responses to conflict, violence, and migration. She is especially interested in how theoretical approaches from IR can enhance understanding of humanitarian policy and practice, and how such policy and practice can in turn shed light on theoretical questions from IR.
Dr Bradley was a visiting scholar at the University of Glasgow in Autumn 2023 (16th to 20th of October).
Dr Marco Longobardo
Marco Longobardo is a Reader in International Law at the School of Law of the University of Westminster. He has published widely in the field of public international law, including jus ad bellum, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and settlement of international disputes.
Dr Longobardo was a visiting scholar at Université Libre de Bruxelles in Winter 2023 (13th to 17th November).
Charles Ho Wang Mak
Charles Ho Wang Mak is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Law at Robert Gordon University. He has also taught at the University of Glasgow and the University of the West of Scotland. His research focuses on insolvency law, sovereign debt restructuring, trust law, financial regulation, technology law, and dispute resolution.
Charles was a visiting scholar at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI) in Spring 2024 (27th to 31st May).
